This page explains what happens to your information when you sign up on this Fit for Fall page. It's written in plain language on purpose.

Who this is

This page is run personally by Rosario, creator of the Instagram account @weightloss_after40. It is not an official page of R3 or Eventbrite — it's my personal invitation for you to join the challenge with me.

What I collect

When you fill out the form on this page, I collect your first name and email address. I don't collect payment information here — the $10 USD official challenge registration happens separately, directly on the official R3 Fit for Fall Eventbrite page.

How I use it

To send you the next step for completing your official Fit for Fall registration
To send you Fit for Fall updates, reminders and tips as we get closer to October 5th
Occasionally, other emails from me related to my weight-loss content and programs

I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Tools I use

Your name and email are stored and sent through email/messaging platforms I use to run my business (such as ManyChat and MailerLite). These providers process data on my behalf and have their own privacy and security practices.

If you complete the official challenge registration on Eventbrite, that information is collected and handled directly by Eventbrite and R3 under their own privacy policies, not mine.

Unsubscribing

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and I'll stop emailing you.
